EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
At MY SUNNY HONEY , we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Below you will find the details of our returns and exchanges policy.
General Returns and Exchanges Information
- Returns will be accepted within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Before sending the product back, please contact us by email at mysunnyhoneyshop@gmail.com to receive instructions on the return process.
The product must be in excellent condition , unused, with all tags and in its original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted:
- In products that are not returned for hygiene reasons, whose packages have been opened after delivery, such as underwear, socks, pantyhose, etc.
- On products that have been worn, washed, altered and have had their labels removed and generally if the products cannot be resold.
- If the deadline of 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order (by the postman, courier, etc.) has passed, unless it is only for defective products.
Returns and Exchanges Procedure
For Card Payment:
- Refunds : If the order has been paid for by card (credit or debit), the refund will be made once we have received and checked the product.
- The refund amount will be deposited directly to the card used for the original purchase within 10 business days of completing the process.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- Changes : If you wish to change the product, you must first return the original product and place a new order for the new product. The amount for the original order will be refunded via Gift Card to enable you to place your new order.
For Cash on Delivery:
- Refunds : If you have paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank deposit to the bank account you provide us.
- The deposit will be made within 10 working days of the date we receive the returned product and confirm its condition.

Changes : If you wish to exchange the product, you must first return the original product and place a new order for the new product. The original order amount will be refunded via Gift Card to enable you to place your new order.

Terms of Returns and Exchanges
- Return costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
- Returned products must be in their original condition , otherwise they will not be accepted.
- If you receive a faulty or different product than what you ordered, we fully cover the return costs.
Exceptions
- Products on sale or special orders cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- Personalized products are not accepted for return or exchange.
