METHODS OF ORDERING AND CANCELLATION


At My Sunny Honey, all orders are placed exclusively through our online store. Follow the steps below to complete your order:

1. Selection of products : Browse our collection, select the products you want and add them to your cart.
2. View Cart : When you have completed your selections, click the cart icon to check your selected products.
3. Order Completion : Proceed to complete your order by filling in your shipping information and selecting your preferred payment method.
4. Order Confirmation : Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery date.


Note: All orders are placed exclusively through the website. We do not accept phone orders or email orders.


Order Cancellation Policy

At My Sunny Honey, we understand that you may change your mind about your order. To cancel your order, the following applies:


1. Cancellation Time: You can cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it by emailing mysunnyhoneyshop@gmail.com.
2. After 5 hours: If cancellation is requested after 5 hours, your order may have already been processed and the package shipped, so cancellation will not be possible.
3. Cancellation Confirmation: After the cancellation request, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been canceled and you will not be charged. If the package has already been shipped, then you should follow the return procedure after receiving it.


Important Note: If your parcel has already left our premises, we cannot cancel your order. In this case, you will need to follow the product return policy.
